With its expertise on aluminium high pressure die casting, OZAY DOKUM also is able to produce aluminium sand and gravity casting. In addition to aluminium, we are capable of die casting and hot stamping using zinc, brass and bronze.

During the high pressure die casting, parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle times are strictly kept under control. The porosity risk is decreased down to values very close to "zero", by using raw material analyzed in spectrometer and melted in central melting system , and the final products being tested in radioscopic X-RAY Machine.

Products that are out of die casting process are sent to trim tools , trovalisation vibratory surface finish machines and/or our new shot blasting machine for improving surface quality.
